Hello
I have an URGENT change that I need to deliver to a backend group .
I have the html,css, js files.
Right now this page has different issues/defects that need to be address immediately
1) One of the checkboxes is not clearing correct and we need to place default values
2) Modify jquery for one of the checkboxes
3) Clean up some code
4) All the changes must be documented and explained
I will provide the final code to the selected provider
The freelancer must be available in skype all the time
