Adding SQL application (?) to a working website

Hello,
I run a site of piano video lessons.
I have an excel database with about 3000 rows.
Each row contains one lesson. In the row there are a lot of fields with deatiles about the lesson such as : Song name, Artist name, Link to the video, Video Quality, Sound Quality and more.
Right now everything is being done manually, we have a tool that convert this excel database to htmls (each lesson gets its own html page). After the conversion is done we upload manually these htmls to our website, and update manually all the other pages that links to the songs.
Each update takes a lot of time.
We want to autoamte this process using an SQL database (or something similar), in a way, that after we update a new lesson the website will be updated automatically.
So basicly we need a database implementation on our website.
