We need a .NET function that we can pass HTML to that will:

1) Render the HTML and create an image of the rendered HTML

2) Create an imagemap from the image/original HTML mapping clickable links/images to the links/images in the rendered image

3) Return the newly created image and HTML imagemap

In other words, we need to create an imagemaped screenshot of an HTML document.
