An app' designed or a blueprint designed for an app' based on bringing people together. An app' that syncs to your clothing accessory either necklace, ring, watch or bracelet (to be designed as well) so that when you are within a certain radius of a person the criteria matches on your phone and then sends a signal to your clothing accessory and causes it to glow.
