Assist in Creating and FIling US Provisional Patents

I will need to file several (currently three) provisional patents with the USPTO. I will need help and assistance in coming up with provisional patent, filing, and checking all the necessary boxes to make sure everything is correct.
Once project is accepted, I will discuss with you the inventions and we will collaborate until you're comfortable with the provisional patents, at which point you will help assist in completing the provisional patent forms, to which I will sign and submit.
I would like to have a long-term relationship as I'll be filing other provisional patents in the future, as well as needing assistance with the actual patents within the 12 month period.
