Autoresponder script set up

I want to set up what will look like a multi tell a friend interface that would look something like this: [url removed, login to view]

I want this new form to plug into the middle of this page to replace the form you see at: [url removed, login to view]

Then what I want to have happen is when the user clicks submit the emails get added to an autoresponder.

And in the auto responder script I could control the amount of messages each person gets, how often they get them, and what each message says. Sort of like, if you've ever used "freeautobot.com" .

And the autoresponder script would be something hosted on my server. I know there are many autoresponder scripts that you can find out there. I think all it would take is just modifying it so that the multi lead capture form (tell a friend form) works with the autoresponder script.

I need this done fast. I'm running on Powweb unix or linux I'm not sure which they use.
