Create a seat map website - repost

We need a web based seat map system to allow users to easily register where they are seated in an office building. An admin will upload images (png, jpg) to a website and build out office location and floor. Users can visit website and either search or register by their email address. During the registration process, user should be able to pick an office location, floor, and select a hot area (coordinates) where they sit. This data will be stored in SQL.

Front page

On the front of the website is a search button and an area for a user to register. Search button should auto-fill after 3 characters of entries for both people and conference rooms.

User registration

User can add/update/delete their seat map. When adding their seat map, user would select office location and the floor they are on. They will draw a free form rectangle or circle denoting where they sit. This will be stored as a image coordinate to the corresponding floor map. For Update, user should be able to select new office location and floor map, old record will be deleted.

Once a user selects their location on the seat map system, a hard coded Url will be created ex. [login to view URL] The username is based on what is to the left of the @ in their email address.

Admin

An admin should be able to enter conference rooms. Conference rooms have a hard coded url such as [login to view URL]

An admin can add/change/delete any user record

An admin can add a new office location

An admin can add new floors or update seat maps. If a seat map is to replace an existing floor map, any user that has mapped to that floor will be wiped out and an email should be sent to the user notifying them to re-register. This is a rare occurrence.
