design for promotional items

We are a real estate company looking for a designer for some promotional items. They are;

1. Tote bag 14 x14

2. door hanger 5.25 x 11

3. a trifold brochure - give us ideas, show what you have done.

4. t -shirt design - something hip and fun, not like the everyday ones with just logo and business name, something unique and fun.

a 12 page 2014 wall calendar 12x 12 that will showcase a model and house on each page. pictures will be provided.
