Design a Powerpoint and Word template

I need both a powerpoint and word template for my company to use.
This is what you will get to work with;
- The company logo
- An already existing Word template that we are currently using
- An already existing Powerpoint template that we are currently using
- A home page wireframe for our upcoming web site
I need the themes to match and be trendy, but formal, as it is for a telecom company.
For Word:
- The most important pages such as cover page, table of content, regular page, etc.
I need the fonts, titles, etc, to be defined as well.
For Powerpoint:
- Cover page, along with a standard page that we can copy and last page
I need the fonts, titles, etc, to be defined as well.
Not sure if this matters a lot but we are using Office 2013.
