Cut out 55 product photos in Photoshop (Opal)

We have high res jpgs of a product brochure with 55 products in it. The original photos are no longer available so we need to have each of these products cut out of the brochure for use on a new website. Most photos are on a white background but some have a bit of colour behind (see low res sample attached). Some of the products have been put together into a collage with other products - do as much as you can with these to create individual product photos. I understand that there may be one or two where we don't get a great result. Jpgs will be put on Dropbox and a link sent when project awarded. Let me know if you have any questions!
