Convert SVG to AI

I attached SVG and JPG files, JPG file was exported from SVG. SVG file was created in Inkscape v0.48 (Windows). If I open SVG file in Adobe Illustrator, then some gradient/shadow effects are lost. I need to convert attached .SVG file to .AI. It should look EXACTLY the same as original SVG/JPG files, and all shadows and gradients should look the same. You can open attached .SVG file in Adobe Illustrator and use it as a starting point, so your task is just to add a few effects/elements.
PLEASE ONLY BID if you are sure that you can provide .AI file which look EXACTLY the same as original JPG/SVG files.
