Adobe Livecycle Form Expert needed

I have two forms to create that require a combination of static text, blank fields to be filled and drop down boxes with choices. I need the static text to flow; fitting with the choice made or text entered.

The content currently exists in Word, but I need this layed-out and functional in Livecycle. I need to be able to edit the final layout, applying appropriate fonts and colours. I can also provide an example of an existing pdf for style.
