Business Logo to use attached and if possible use the attached "For Rent Picture". Anything highlighted in Yellow the context needs to remain the same but the wording can be altered.

Corporate colours are RGB:

Blue 15

I was thinking that the text should be in a grey colour but am open to suggestions.
