Custom Flash Widget

I need a custom widget created for me. I am using a flash builder by a company called Moonfruit and I need to be able to Re-direct a page automatically. Here's what I want it to do:

When a visitor comes to the site and clicks on a page I want an advertisement to pop up and then after a certain amount of time have the ad automatically re-direct itself to the home page.
