convert QB Reports into Excel template to create a JE

I need a template in excel that I can import a Payroll Smmary into from QBD and a Report of payroll checks by payee. I need to excel to then create a JE to upload into our online POS system. The JE needs to look exactly like a typical .iif Payroll download from Intuit Online Payroll into QBD.
I need to use this template weekly with up to 50 paychecks.
If there is a better way to do this I'm open to it.
