Excel VBA Expert to create a few macros + Dashboard for Cube in Qlikview

I have a small company with a lot of clients and different projects.
I need someone to create a very complex macro that will bind together all the files with all the clients and all the projects I have and create a Main Excel file with costs for each year and to make it all automated when I push a refresh button.
I also want to be able to send this file via email and FTP, with another button.
From the FTP server I want to take all these files and place them into a Qlikview cube, so I need someone to write the Load Script and do some transformations on the data.
With all the data loaded I need a few dashboards and other Reports.
I would also want to be able to export these reports and send them via email or to another FTP.
I know it's a lot of work for this budget but whoever wins the bid will definitely get more projects from me with bigger budgets. Take this as a test for a job interview.
I will provide more details later in the process.
