Make a script that convert product size data from rows to colums

I have an excel script project. I need an excel file that can convert the data on sheet1(INPUT) into a specific format on sheet 2 (OUTPUT). I attached a sample of the data and the format it needs to be converted to.
The work involves break apart the SKU into three rows. Then put the size data and price in the appropriate column.
The SKU is (column 2) - after the first underscore (_) the next 5 characters is the STYLE. The remainder of characters till the minus(-) is NUM. The next part is separated by Minus (-) is DESC. The last part of SKU is size.
