Create a TCPDF template

I have a one page PDF template to use on a website.

I need to implement it using TCPDF (the PHP PDF library). The idea is to populate it with different values, in order to generate membership cards for an arbitrary number of users. In the end the script will generate multiple pages, each with the same layout, but with different content. For this, I will provide the sample PDF file.

The objective of the project is to implement the same PDF (same look & feel) via programming. The PHP script should generate a PDF with the same text, and with the possibility to add some additional text in the membership card area.

I'll provide the sample file to selected bidders. It's a one page file, with text on the header & footer, with a space to include membership card details, and with a logo.

A few important things:

1) All text in the PDF should be rendered as text. I don't want it to be rendered as an image. The only exception would be the website logo, of course.

2) Please make sure that the text lines are rendered separately. For the multi-line header, the title should be generated separately from the address, and so forth.

3) Please take out the website logo in a separate image and put it via TCPDF. I don't want a huge image as background.

4) The fonts used for the text should be the same as the ones in the PDF. They're not fancy fonts. You can go to [login to view URL] if you're not sure what font to use.

5) If possible, use the header & footer functionality in TCPDF to save on render times. At least the footer looks like it can be implemented that way.

Inside the card space, please add placeholders for the following information:

- Member Name

- Membership Number

- Primary Club

- Valid Season (in format ‘Season 14/15’ or just '14/15’)

- Expiry Date

(please include the text "I understand the requirements" in your bid to let me know you read it)

Please arrange the placeholders so that they look nice, as a membership card would look.

Lastly, paper size should be A4.
