CRM/ERP for Kitchen and Bath Remodeling Company

I am looking for a customizable solution for my business. I am familiar with many different types of CRM/ERP cloud based and server installed solutions. I have tried many but cannot find one to work with our needs.

I am looking for an expert in this field that has dealt with the following industry:

-Contractors

-Kitchen and Bath Remodeling

I am ok with open source options like SugarCRM, vTiger, etc. so long as they are able to cleanly and easily do what we need it to do. We host with hostgator so sugarcrm and vTiger are available for install withing the CP. I am willing to install other if there's a better choice.

We need the following items in our system:

-leads

-sales process

-convert to quote

-convert to job

-tasks

-project manager with gantt charting ability

-quote generation from price picklist

-price picklist of various labor services (constantly updated)

We also need to be able to track:

-vendors (supplies for each project)

-contractors (various contract labor to complete each project at various times)

-customers (customer info with very specific details pertaining to the project. Customized fields)

-expenses on services and materials for each project/task/service

We need a no bloat setup altered specifically for our needs to make as easy as possible.

Please let me know of recommendations and why you are perfect for the project.

I would like to see examples if possible.
