Please see attachment which I have prepared which shows a detailed / graphical view of how the application should work.
This is a contract management application. Part of the application is a basic online form where the user can click on drop down tabs (and attach contract) and then submit the form. The information then needs to automatically/instantly be uploaded to the website.
- Different user access/view and user levels is required
- Security is absolutely critical.
The people/companies that I hope to be presenting this application to are sourcing/procurement managers, who work with contracts on a daily bases but who need a platform to illustrate key terms in a contract to other people in the company (in a simple online application)
As im not a developer I do not have any preferred or required programing platform. However, something which has a back-end, where I could make minor changes would be a plus.
As this is a new idea / start up the price I have set is quite low. I understand that this will be a deterrent for some developers. However, the idea is to hopefully establish a good relationship with a developer and if this moves forward and im able to get a couple of customers, there could be more work in the future...
Anyway, let me know your thoughts and ideas.
