ASP.Net Entity Framework web site for Employees database with Open ID connect (Azure AD)

I need a simple employees database with open id connect. Employee should be able to sign up and sign in after successful sign up using Microsoft work or school account. I will host this web site in azure AD connect. Users should be able to access web site based on their roles.
