We need a email marketing GURU to handle below task.

we need a workable cost effective bulk email newsletter management solution, we need software features as below

1) emails should hit INBOXES so we need to do all things to make sure hit ratio is approx 90%

2) need IP rotation feature in software

3) need Bulk threading of emails so in one min max no of mails can be sent

4) multiple campaigns to be sent out at same time

5) Duplicate email ids shd never come in DB

6) we need recommendation of best VPS service provider which allows white hat bulk mailing without any restrictions.
