Architectural detail design - repost

We plan to build a 2 stories apartment and need a architectural detail design. The apartment will be placed on a block of 22*40 meters, the constrain is maximizing the number of rooms however ensure there is sufficient space for each room eg: like student accommodation style design and each room should be able to fix upto 4 adults.
