Cartoon animator required

Hello,
I’m looking for a character animator to create 10 short 5 to 15 second clips. My project is to target people aged 12 to 55 years old for online crime prevention. See below youtube references only of the kind of characters I’m looking for.

The short 15 second clips will be as follows.
1. A young girl aged 13 to 25 surfing the internet on a laptop (at home in her room)
2. A young girl aged 13 to 25 surfing the internet on a smart phone (sitting on the bus)
3. A young boy aged 13 to 25 surfing the internet on a laptop ( at home in his room)
4. A young boy surfing the internet on a tablet computer (sitting in a train)
5. An older woman aged 30 to 55 surfing the internet on a laptop (at home the kitchen)
6. An old male aged 30 to 55 surfing the internet on a laptop (sitting in a cafe)
7. A male aged 20 to 40 breaking into a car.
8. A male aged 20 to 40 stealing a lades bag then running away.
9. A computer screen showing someone updating their anti-virus software (progress bar)
10. A computer screen showing someone updating their password.
This is an idea of what I’m looking for I have a turnaround of 4 working weeks, can you help me with this project?
