POS Software Requirements:
Written for Android OS (Tablet), Server (Windows)
Software Licensing: By device ID (or any other ideas)
DB Backup / Restore
Café / Fast food POS
Ordering Tablet feature:
- Menu ordering (20 to 25 items on single page preferably)
- Order can show images and price of each item
- Add toppings with price in a subsequent page menu for selection after waffle qty is selected
- Confirmation page for reviewing final orders and total amount payable $
- Order can be sent to Main POS, Order Display Tablet, KDS or printer based on Queue Order numbers
Order Display Tablet feature:
- Receive order sent and display list of orders based on queue order
- Under each queue number, the total amount $ payable (Unpaid-RED) would be displayed too
- After collection of payment, operator click "total amount $" to change the tab of total payment to GREEN (paid)
- When all items in the order is completed, the button "Order complete" is hit to complete this order ticket
Baseline features:
- Clock In/Out
- Multi-tier access / Security Level (Admin / Manager / Cashier / Waiter)
- Multi-Language (English / Chinese)
- User-friendly
- Have Demo version
Backend features:
- Cashier Closure must show enter total closure amount to tally with end-of-day sales (then save sales data to Network drive etc)
