Calculate bearing / heading from point A to point b if given latitude and longatude for 2 points

Background: I have an ASP web program that generated a document I use when I am flying.

User inputs departure airport code and arrival airport code and data is pulled from a database for the trip. You can test the program at [url removed, login to view]

Here are some airport codes you can use for testing

KSEP, KXBP, KADM, KDTO, F44, 52F <- those are airport identifiers. Enter 2 different ones in each box provided and click “get data” to see the data come back

Click “Generate Kneeboard” to see the MS word document generated

I need this fixed:

Calculate the heading

a. There is a function that exists in the program in the [url removed, login to view] and in the [url removed, login to view] pages that does not work.

b. I need a function that will take in Latitude and longitude for 2 points (meaning 2 airports) and return the direct heading.

i. The heading should be within a degree or 2 of [url removed, login to view]

ii. Meaning if in my program you type KDTO to KSEP the heading will match this

The current functions in both pages are not correct and need to be replaced with functions that are correct.
