Dear Freelancers,
Our company is Bluray Technical Services LLC, a property maintenance company in UAE offering exceptional customer services and value for money.
Services:
• Automated Window & Building Cleaning
• Cleaning Services
• Air Conditioning
• Building Maintenance
• Painting Contracting
• Flooring Contacting
We currently want to update our entire brand image and need a new website designing.
Our main focus as a company is providing the Automated Window & Building Cleaning services this should be obvious in your design. All other services should have a smaller prominence.
• The overall goal of this redesign is to attract more buildings to use our Automated Window & Building Cleaning by highlight its benefits to them.
• We need to raise awareness of the product as we are the only provider in the market and people are aware of the service or its benefits.
• Our target market is commercial or residential towers in UAE
Copy will remain as on the website, however please see the file attached for our website review, these requirements should be should in the design. Please keep the design simple and uncomplicated we want it to be clear and easy to navigate. Corporate colours should remain the same however please feel free to play with design.

Which pages are excpected for contents entry ? How many pages are you need to be uploaded (the whole website) ? Do you need just design (html5, css3 or PSD)?

The website review attached shows the the pages needed. and yes whole site need to be uploaded in either HTML or CS3. To show the design im happy with PSD for now.

**NOTE TO ALL DESIGNERS** It is mentioned in the brief that we are focusing on the Automated Facade Cleaning mainly, this means it should be the most prominent on the site with all other services below. On a lot of the designs it isnt made clear that this is our core business. For any future or current designs please edit to show this. thanks

We arent too worried if it is HTML or CMS as long as you are able you design and build it. for any future changes we would like to come to the designer and pay them instead of doing it ourselves. Thank
