What I need: The website is working, but the webpages look boring, not attractive to the users. I need a talented web designer to “re-design” each webpage.
Mockup or something similar that can show me what the webpages look like when it is live.
Front-end code: The code must be compatible with Laravel PHP, need to talk to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The webpages must be viewable on PC, iPad 4, Android phones and iPhones.
Integration with the back-end code: If you cannot do it, it is fine, the CTO will do it.
What you can do: is to change the color of the stripes, change the way how the menu looks, add decorations etc.
What you cannot do 1: Please do NOT remove what I have. For example, If I have a pull-down menu, the new design must have the pull-down menu, you can change how the pull-down menu looks, but you can not remove it from the page.
What you cannot do 2: Please do NOT change how a menu is organized. For example, if a menu item can be reached by click once, do NOT let it be accessed by clicking twice. (You are a UI designer, not UX designer).
What you cannot do 3: Please do NOT add things like social media links. To me, it is a distraction to my users.

I need to re-design about 30 to 50 pages. Before I assign the entire project to you, I want to make sure if you have the skills I need, and I like your design. So I need you to complete this bid first. Show your best!
