Σύνοψη Διαγωνισμού

We need a basic look and feel/color scheme design concept for a mobile maintenance system.
This will be a Panasonic tablet application that workers will use in the field to report and close service requests on housing projects.
It should look sleek and modern but still Enterprise business and clean. Colors are red blue and light blue but we are happy to see modern new ideas

We need to design the following:
1. Service request list
2. Maintenance page
3. Identifying an apartment

Candidates must design at least 2 pages to be eligible. I have added some sample designs, the colors, and backgrounds for example.
Please see attached the existing site photo and the suggested look.

Screen measurements: 1024x768px ; tablet.

Some translations:

1- Service request list - It asks for: date, address, name and project number. The icons on the right side represent: red icon, location in a map and the blue icon is for directions using google
2- Maintenance page - Title: Project Details. Content: Property Type, Number specification, Call Number, Project status code. The two buttons below are to the page before or to continue.
3- Title: Details of identifying an apartment/tenant - It ask for last name, name, ID, birthdate, age, number of persons, house telephone number, tenant telephone number, street, house, urbanization, apartment, entrance, building.
Grey buttons under: house size, floor, number of rooms, number of apartments in the building, the number of apartments rented, Percent of rent.
Second part: Title: Private contractor - Content: contractor number, name, contract number, Deviation from price, telephone, celular phone, email.
