I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create a traditional style rendering of my MIT house project. I have specific colors and materials in mind for the exterior, and would like the final rendering delivered in JPEG format. Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Experience in architectural rendering
- Ability to create traditional style designs
- Attention to detail in choosing and replicating materials and colors
- Proficiency in rendering software and programs.

include the driveway and landscape (traditional Pacific nw landscaping)

attached is the body color, trim color, stone veneer

Concrete patio at front door and back door
concrete side walk around house

It seems that the contest holder is a junior student at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) School of Architecture and Planning. It is possible that the student has not yet invented any plans (of floor, roof, site, etc.) that you are asking for.

  Since the contest holder ignored all requests for floor plan and rejected the very appropriate Entry by M.K., it no longer seemed to me that the contest holder is a student at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). Don't take my previous message as credit to this contest holder. I do not know who this person is, I would not do any business with this person.
