I need a skilled watch designer to craft a luxurious watch with specific features and materials in mind.

Key Features:
1.) Aventurine dial with ghost icon at the 12 o'clock.
- The ghost, along with the lightning bolts coming from his hand, will be from the attached "Ghost at 12
o clock" photo.
2.) GMT: The watch should be based on the NH34 GMT function, allowing multiple time zone tracking.
3.) Custom second, minute, hour, and GMT hand based on the attached photos.
- The hour hand will be based on the spear tip in the attached photo
- The second hand will be based on the arrow in the attached "Minute and Second Hands" image.
- The minute hand will be based on the dagger (a V-42 stilleto) in the attached "Minute and Second
Hands" image.
- The GMT hand will be based on the broad arrowhead in the attached "GMT hand" photo.
4.) The 24-hour scale for the GMT function will either be on a steel bezel or the chapter ring.
- See attachments "24h GMT on bezel" and "24h GMT on chapter ring" for examples.

Material:
- Stainless Steel or Titanium: The watch should be constructed from high-quality stainless steel or Titanium for a durable and stylish finish.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in watch design, especially luxury timepieces.
- Understanding of GMT mechanisms.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for luxury aesthetics.

Dear sir, entries #17, #19 and #20 were made by me. The entries 19 and 20 are just the design of the functional section of the watch. I know I cannot achieve the exact design that is in your head.
