I need a logo designed for an apartment building. Name: The LOLA.  Located at 1221 South Congress in Austin, Texas. The LOLA will be luxury apartments in a modern, cool, mixed-use development in Austin, Texas. The project is located in the heart of South Congress Avenue – Austin’s most vibrant restaurant and retail corridor. It is part of a 9.5-acre site that is very open. Name does not have to be in caps. Could include: 'The LOLA Luxury Apartments', or 'The LOLA at South Congress', or 'The LOLA Apartments'.

Austin is a music centric, outdoor focused, creative place. Inspirational venues on South Congress include the Saint Cecilia and San Jose Hotels, Perlas Restaurant and the South Congress Hotel.

    I guess the key to winning is using free mockups to enhance your poor design. I hope the CH knows that he wont get what he sees here. Good thing that most of the CH's know these tricks you use and are starting to reject everyone who uses them.

    Dear CH, since I see that you had only one project until now, I feel the urge to warn you about these people who are using mockups to enhance their designs. Please be aware that all those 3D looking and paper displays are NOT what you are going to get as a file. It is a mockup that automatically does all the enhancement on the design and the actual delivery will be 30% of what you see. Since you are paying $250+ please ask for a plain background delivery before you choose the actual design (black/white background and the design) to see the real quality of the work. I hope you understand me, I write with the best intentions :)
