Project Title: KOPD Boxing Hoodie Design
We're looking for a skilled designer to create a minimalist, yet impactful, black fleece hoodie design for our Knock Out Parkinson's Disease (KOPD) Boxing program. The ideal candidate will have experience crafting sleek, simple designs that strike a chord with our mission and the boxing community we serve.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong graphic design skills with an emphasis on minimalism
- Prior experience in apparel design, particularly hoodies
- Familiarity with current fashion and streetwear trends
- Experience designing for fleece fabric and understanding its attributes
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
- Bonus: Understanding or interest in boxing, MMA, and/or Parkinson's Disease support initiatives
Design Brief:
We're seeking a clean, minimalist design that encapsulates the essence of our program - empowerment, determination, and community. The main color will be black, but we are open to the use of accent colors that complement our program's spirit. The design should incorporate 'KOPD Boxing' in a minimalistic way.
Our main colors are black and gold. Use minimalist fonts and thin geometric line art designs. The international flower for Parkinson's is a tulip. We will heavily consider designs that manage to incorporate a tulip in a minimalistic way that is not too feminine but in a way that also incorporates the strength, determination, and resiliency associated with boxing.
This project is an opportunity to merge fashion, function, and symbolism into a distinctive hoodie design that will be worn with pride by our members and coaches. We're excited to see your creative interpretation of our mission to Knock Out Parkinson's Disease through boxing.
