I am in the process of designing a software suite for lawyers. You will create an ERP module that will add information to an existing client database. The form will show along with client registration and will give the lawyer to add the following fields:

Database name: NOTASOFT_ERP

ID (primary key, given)
email1 *
email2
email3
home_phone
fax
cellphone1 *
cellphone2
cellphone3
facebook
twitter
google
website
assistant
organization
position
photo_ID (will store an image of the client´s ID)
photo_ID2 (back of the ID)
photo_lic (will store an image of client´s driver´s license)
photo_lic2 (will store an image of client´s driver´s license in the back)
photo_pas (will store an image of client´s passport)
picture (will store an image of the client)
fingerprint1
fingerprint2

You will create a simple form that uses those fields (with EXACTLY) those names, using the laravel framework, in order to insert information into the database, including the choice to upload the images mentioned.

You will create a report that displays that information for those clients that already have information inserted (compare by ID). Said information needs to be displayed in a table manner. How? Get creative.

You will create a prompt for those clients that do NOT have information inserted, asking the operator to insert the information.

Your code will be FULLY commented. This is the key element. As you can see, this is VERY simple code. The winner is very likely to be offered a long term contract.
