Hello We are looking for an engineering drawing with dimensions currently hand drawn on the attached 5 illustration pages which will take an existing kitchen with sink and counter (see #2_, and replace them with a shower and toilet. The shower will be on the left when you walk in. There will be a 5" separation wall between the shower and the toilet and the toilet will be on the right. There will be a small bathroom faucet and sink with hot and cold water to the left and in front of the shower. There is a supporting beam (see #2) 6' or 72" from the wall behind the existing sink so the bathroom sink should be within that space in front of the shower, and before a supporting beam which is 6' from the wall behind the existing sink. In the attached room to the left of the existing kitchen, is a small bed room. We want to convert that bedroom to a new kitchen with a space for a washer dryer combination, a small sink with hot and cold water, a small counter and a place for a tall frig (see left side of #1 and left side of #4 and left hand side of #1) we want to have a small washer and dryer (combination washer dryer), new small sink, small counter and place for a large frig. We have 142.5" to work with for this. An example of what the shower and toilet will look like can be seen in #5. Finally, we want to use the existing hot and cold water connections, the sink drain connections, and the existing sewer connection to show on the drawing where the new connections will be for the toilet, shower, bath room sink, and new sink in the new kitchen area. The water, drain and sewer connections are directly on the back wall of the existing kitchen and 3' or 36" down from the existing floor level. The engineering design drawings do not need to be perfect but they must have enough detail that a carpenter and plumber can do the work. We estimate these drawings to take a skilled person with software tools 4 to 8 hours. This is a contest. We do not plan to run the content longer then 3 or 4 days and will post it about noon our time on 5 October. We plan to award the project to the contest winner on or about Monday 9 October about noon our time. We will answer any questions once a day during the contest and all interested people can read the questions and our answers. Thank you and Good Luck!
