I have a wireframe out of which I want to create static html pages with sober theme (UI components like buttons, dropdown, labels, images, screen regions, scrolling, navigation etc.) and importantly, responsive design that renders the layout according to the screen size of desktop, tablet and smartphone. The wire-frame has around 18 screens many of them are having similar content and layout. I want to make use of HTML5, CSS3 and latest javascript framework. Please have a look at the attached image.

To test the responsiveness you can use chrome’s extension 'Respoinsive Site View' [ https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/responsive-site-view/igfgkigklekkapmkhianeahnkfddkjbm ].

Cross browser compatibility is required and can be tested with crossbrowser.com

  This is not a static website as you would notice in the wire-frame many screen contains dummy data that are later going to be dynamic, meaning, the nature of this web app is dynamic not static. The objective is to have a better mock up rather than just mere screenshots. As this is published as a contest there is no reason to consider it as something else than a contest. Hope this clears your confusion.

I have added two screenshots of desktop and mobile designs that we did based on the screenshot you shared.
