The ID card is for an NGO's branch in India. The card should have 2 sides.
Front: Logo, Organisation Name, Place for the photo, name. "Life Member" (no validity), space for candidates signature
Only "Issue date" will be along with "Life Member"
Back: the address of the organisation if the card is lost. The authorized signature would be "Executive Director" "Dr. V. S. Shanbhogue"
Creative Designs are welcome.
Include a QR code that directs to the website. (optional)
We are planning to use the selected freelancer for other branding activities as well.
"LANDSCAPE MODE" designs needed.
