Hi All, I'm after a bit of imagination from yourselves because I'm not very artistic. I'm basically looking for a internal web app theme. This needs to have a clean and professional look. For color I would suggest using #418ce4 or a colour similar for the top menu. The rest is up to you.

A few things it must have...
Use whole screen (container-fluid).
Off Canvas Sidebar (Left) - Maybe shrink to icons rather than totally disappear on toggle.
Include examples for forms. The only customs things used on forms is jquery datepicker, and bootstrap-select for dropdowns.
Include examples for table display. (with and without datatables addon)
Include examples for modal popup windows.

HTML5 + CSS is what im looking for with partial support for IE9. Im asking for a modification to bootstrap. To create a nice sidebar. Nicely designed forms and nice table display. I dont think that is too much to ask.

Now i thinkthat there was a misunderstanding. I assumed that the price you are offering only require the creation of graphic design in PSD and not converting it in HTML too. In this case, the price is quite underrated.

A few more likes. Top menu to be purely links. Color mentioned in description. Also would like the sidebar to be dark in color. Also want the whole thing to be as lightweight as possible. Ie9 tested too.

Hello, some words for my contribution #1 . It was made just for you. You claimed, you want the menu panel to not leave the screen entirely, but the icons of every menu item will be there anytime. Done. (the menu items and icons are ofcourse made up, because you didnt mention them). You wanted to design the forms. Done. You wanted to design the table and poup window. Done. The charts and graphs are there just to fill out the whitespace.
