I am looking for a logo, banner and flash video for my youtube channel/twitter page etc.

I am in a drama group and film sketches for youtube in a company called 'Empty Headed Productions'

What i need is a logo and banner for web purposes and if possible i would like the logo to also be made in to a short flash video for the start of the videos.

Ideally the logo should say Empty Headed Productions, what we are looking for is a silly face with the head open and the EHP falling out of the skull. The flash logo would have the same face, EHP leave the top of the head and falsl under the face before Empty Headed Productions fades in. This is only a short clip for the beginning of our sketches. many thanks
