Hi, I need to design an A5 flyer for a kind of Airbnb for longer periods. The idea is that people with us earn more, reduce risks and save time, because they can manage their apartment with a click, from phone o PC. I have already designed the front (on paper) and a kind of back (on word) attached. For the back, I need you to change slightly the icons, if you have any suggestion or different design is appreciated.
Regardless the easiness of the job you need experience in designing flyers and/or ads because I need something EXTREMELY attractive (Users are very picky :D)
I provided you the design of front without colours and an easy idea of the back.
As a gereal guide I would avoid straight lines and use a yellow #ffd700, dark grey #3c4858 and white scheme, try to use many shadows of these colours, we are a Startup so we love new and fresh design, not old ones :).
Good luck, I'll close the contest before the ending date if there is what I need! :)
