Business Nature: Interactive ("i") Media Agency (related to movie promotion & digital marketing)

Details:
1) I want to emphasise O2O (Online to Offline Marketing) from the word "Popcorn" like the attached logo, if possible
2) Simple design like the attached two logos is fine for me
3) Prefer yellow colour for the word "Popcorn", if possible (but not necessary)
4) For the words, either capital or small letters are fine

P.S. I will ask you to design my business name card & website as well later
