Hello freelancers, I want a nice logo for my company and so I thought I should arrange a small contest.

I have a design in mind, but it is only a rough sketch in my mind and I want you to make it into something nice.
The basic design is three cogwheels arranged in the form of a capital C or left arrow (<), the center cogwheel should have a capital V on it.
There are two primary colors to use in the logo, orange and blue. These colors will later be used in all forms of branding and so should be chosen with care by the designer. Additional coloring is up to the designer, but should be limited in number to not steal focus from the branding colors.

Two images should be produced. The first one is the logo only, the second one should incorporate my company motto "getting shit done!".
