<Technology Description>
This technology is a technology to dispatch appropriate electric vehicles to users according to requests of the users. One of problems that can be anticipated when an electric vehicle is dispatched to a user is that if an electric vehicle with a low battery level is dispatched to a user, the user has to charge the electric vehicle, which may reduce the convenience of the user. To solve this problem, this technology dispatches to the user an electric vehicle having a remaining battery level capable of traveling from a boarding position to a destination, the boarding position and the destination being designated by the user.
