Hello,
we are a company organizing motorcycle tours. Each tour participant receives a road book which contains their most important daily information plus some descriptive text of what each day entails. The attachment shows a sample of our old book.
We're looking for a graphically spiced-up version of the book with the intention kept to still provide information. These books go out to a small group of people for personal use and they are not going to be officially published on www or any other open communication forum.
The new content for the book can be extracted from a website which we will provide access to. This content is the intellectual property of california sunriders inc. and can be copied 1:1 if needed for the purpose of creating content for the new to be designed book.
In general this is more a design / layout project and less of a writing project as most of the content will be provided by us.
We will also provide the maps for each day, however if possible we'd like to step away from the google look of the maps and produce some visually more appealing maps for the new book which can also be part of this job posting.

The new book will have 12 days in total including arrival and departure day.

  The content for the new book is going to be different from the PDF. If you go to this link http://www.california-sunriders.com/newsletter > password is BRP17 > you can see the content for each day. October 2016 is going to be DAY 1, November is DAY 2 etc. etc.
