Segmentation of MRI brain scans for schizophrenia diagnosis

This was my college graduation thesis in which structures of the brain where anatomical abnormalities were correlated with the occurrence of schizophrenia were segmented and some features were extracted and used as input in a classifier (SVM) to help in the diagnosis of schizophrenia.
