Work on some images for a website slider

I need help from a top notch designer with getting the image 1910x501 - Background image with blue [url removed, login to view] to work in the slider on this site:

in accordance with how it looks on this site:

As you can see, there are a solid color at the right-left end of the page and I want you to work with layers, structures, brushes and whatever you feel is needed to make the slider images (4-5 images) look really good!

I will NOT accept a simple gradient dissolve from beach picture to a solid color.

I have attached some examples of images that have been worked on with many layers and brushes etc for you inspiration.

Oh my good! The budget for this project is NOT that high!! I will try to change it to a lower level....
