I run a New hosting company, and I need more hits and members to join my forums it is free to join. I want traffic from all over the world, the site is based in English.

You will share revenue with me when you refer an active member for my hosting services.

payment will be made after at least two weeks seeing results.

I also want to target the right group, so not only do I want hits, I want people to actually sign up and become an active member. I will require you to show me at least some active members before you get paid.
