US Voice over artist needed for a 90 second video

My client is looking for a US voice over artist. He is not sure yet if he wants a male or a female voice over. He will be deciding after he hears your demo tapes. This video would be around 90 seconds long. Please send you demo tapes along with your proposals. Please note the budget is not high for this project. The selected candidate should be able to make changes to the voice over if needed.
