Hire a Virtual Assistant

I’m looking for a virtual assistant to help me on a part time basis, approximately 5-7 hours/week. Please review the tasks below and provide examples of when you have completed similar tasks along with your bid.
Required Skills: Experience with SEO and keyword analysis.
Site History: Feedback rating of at least a 4.0 with minimum 50 hours experience.
Communication:
– Must be fluent in written English with basic verbal skills.
– Strong email etiquette and grammar
– Must be available to discuss tasks on the phone or over Skype once per fortnight sometime between 8am-5pm Austrlian EST.
Tasks will include:
– Following up on email leads
- Answering the occasional phone calls we receive or responding to messages via phone or email
- Sending emails for marketing purposes and making phone calls if possible for sales leads.
– Performing keyword analysis and basic on-page SEO for my website
– Updating social networks: Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
– Conducting web research occasionally to find potential leads.

Must be able to use Quickbooks for entering sales and expenses and reconciling every month including batching the credit card payments for reconciliations.
SEO skills are not very important to me but Quickbooks experience is, preferably if you have experience reconciling the books each month.
