Rotoscoping for 15 second footage of interviewee in chair

I have two short clips that add up to about 15 seconds in length of an interviewee talking to camera seated in a chair.
The background needs to be out of focus, the interviewee does not move very much so it should be relatively easy.
I have started the rotoscoping but it is too time intensive for me! I can provide an After Effects CS5.5 project and the files, or just the files themselves if that is easier.
I have attached two images of "before and after" from my attempt.
I am very limited for budget, so I would be looking at between $10 to $20.
